Our VIP Program is designed to offer our VIP players more flexibility in terms of rewards and support. Once you have been identified as a VIP, you will be contacted by one of our VIP Coordinators, whose mission is to provide you with a more personalized customer support experience. For all regular account queries, you can use our excellent Customer Support. For anything more specialized, your VIP Coordinator is there to help you out in every way possible. You can consider your VIP Coordinator as your very own contact on the inside.

Hi all!

Thought I should give you a brief introduction about myself so that you know who you are contacting.

As I am Swedish I was introduced to online poker at an early stage, and I’ve been playing regularly for about 6 years now. Nowadays, mostly because of work, and I have to admit, rusty skills, I usually don’t play that much. I play about 15-20 hours a week, combining live play at the Casino here in Malta with $2-$4 NL and occasional shot at the $5-$10 NL Texas Hold’em cash tables online.

My intention when I first came to Malta (Mecca of the gaming industry, and where Eurolinx offices are) was actually to make poker my living, by playing that is. After a few months of grinding I realized that it wasn’t for me though. During this time I met a lot of people who offered me great opportunities to work on the other side instead.

So, since early 2005 I’ve been working in the gaming industry. And in January 2007 I joined Eurolinx. Right now, my main responsibilities lie within the poker product of Eurolinx and all that comes with it, including taking good care of our VIP players.

A high volume player is something that every poker room looks for. But the difference compared to others is that at Eurolinx the high volume player will be treated in a way that he deserves. We’ve made our motto Exceptional service for extraordinary players and that is what you will get.
